Fred Smith
Fred has been buying, selling, and renting his own personal homes for over three decades. Educated as a businessman, Fred’s career began as a banker in New York City, where he learned about the intricacies of money. After a stint in the Army and some further education, Fred joined the healthcare profession as a healthcare professional, businessman, and clinic board member.
Skilled at leading teams, motivating people, and making people feel at ease, Fred has managed dozens of multi-million dollar projects and has brought each of them to a successful conclusion.
Personally, Fred has a quick wit and enjoys improvisational theater.
Chandra "Carly" Louise
Carly has been buying, selling, and renting her own personal homes for over two decades. Educated originally as a scientist, Carly joined the business world in 1995, where she has occupied the roles of scientist, consultant, project manager, and company founder.
Carly’s experience includes management of large multi-disciplinary project teams. She has supervised budgets of millions of dollars. She is experienced at making complicated projects and processes -such as real estate transactions and paperwork - seem easy.
Personally, Carly is an avid exerciser, is a huge fan of the space program, and enjoys playing flute and oboe.
